Dental Emergencies
The Website forms are not for emergency services. For severe facial trauma, uncontrollable bleeding, or any medical emergency, please go to the nearest hospital emergency department immediately. For urgent dental situations, please contact us directly by phone.
Appointments
Appointment requests submitted through the appointment page, phone, WhatsApp or Facebook are requests only and are not confirmed until our team contacts you and confirms the date, time, branch and doctor.
Our clinic hours are Saturday to Thursday, 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM. The clinic is closed on Friday. Phone and WhatsApp support is available between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible so that we can offer the slot to another patient.
We may reschedule an appointment due to doctor availability, emergency cases, or unforeseen circumstances. We will inform you as soon as possible.

Treatment, Fees and Payments
Treatment plans and costs are provided after in-clinic evaluation and consultation. Any pricing packages or cost ranges listed on the Website are indicative only and may change depending on your clinical condition, materials used, number of visits and complexity.
Fees will be explained to you before treatment begins.
Payment is due as agreed at the clinic. We may offer flexible payment options, including installment facilities with selected banks for eligible treatments. This is subject to the approval and terms of the respective banks.
Unpaid balances shall be paid by the patient or their designated representative within agreed terms.
Treatment Results
We use modern technology and follow professional treatment standards. However, medical and dental treatment outcomes vary from person to person. We cannot guarantee specific results because every patient’s healing response, jaw/bone structure, and general health are unique.
